A true achievement unmatched by any other privately built vessel in India “Sagar Kavach” or the 20M medium craft is designed to chase, intercept, attack and destroy. Armed to the teeth with heavy machine guns, medium machine guns, and light machine guns at the bow, stern, and superstructure, she is built to protect India's territorial waters against infiltration. Add, NIJ III level ballistic protection that protects our soldiers from 7.62mm bullets fired from a distance of just 10m from an AK–47 machine gun, she becomes a formidable presence at the border.
