The International Shore Connection is a universal hose connection that is to be provided on all ships as per the SOLAS requirement. When there is a total failure of pumps aboard a vessel, this hose connection enables its attachment to pumps on land oron another vessel. These connections are manufactured from LTB 2 alloy.
