Program Overview

Our 2-year Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is designed to give you comprehensive exposure to every aspect of maritime engineering and safety systems. You'll rotate through different business verticals, gaining hands-on experience while building the technical expertise that will define your career.

What Makes Our Program Special

Real-World Experience: From day one, you'll work on actual projects that impact maritime operations across India and internationally.
Comprehensive Exposure: Three 8-month rotations ensure you understand our entire business ecosystem before choosing your specialization.
International Perspective: Every trainee gets 15 days to a month of international immersion to understand global maritime standards.
Structured Learning: Combination of on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and project-based learning.

Program Structure

Duration: 24 Months

Three Rotations (8 months each):
  • Life-Saving Equipment Servicing: Master the technical aspects of lifeboats, liferafts, and safety systems
  • Design & Manufacturing: Learn product development and precision manufacturing processes
  • Boat Construction & Ship Repairs: Hands-on experience in vessel construction and maintenance
  • Fire-Fighting Systems: Specialization in maritime fire safety and protection systems
  • Offshore Operations: Real exposure to offshore platform work and vessel-based projects

Who Should Apply

Academic Requirements

  • Engineering Disciplines: Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Electronics
  • Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma holders
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 60% throughout academic years
  • Graduation: Recent graduates preferred
